This website is operated by Déora (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Who can buy
If you are under 18, please get a parent or guardian’s permission before placing an order. By ordering, you confirm that you have the right to use your payment method.
3. Products and made-to-order items
Most Déora items are printed or made to order after you buy. Because of that:
- Colors may look slightly different on screen than in print or on fabric.
- Small differences in placement or size can happen between items.
- Please check size charts and product details before ordering.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel or refund orders affected by one. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, and we don’t store your full card details.
5. Orders and cancellations
Your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, an unavailable product, or suspected fraud, and we’ll refund you if we do. Because production begins quickly, orders can only be changed or canceled within [a short time window]. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be delayed by carriers or high-volume periods like the holidays. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns and refunds
Please see our Refund Policy. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are handled as described there.
8. Our designs and content
All designs, images, text, logos, and other content on this site belong to Déora or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell them without written permission. Please don’t use our designs commercially or print them on your own products.
9. Using the site
Please don’t use the site for anything unlawful, try to interfere with it or other users, or submit false information.
10. Links and third parties
Our site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, payment and shipping providers). We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
11. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer and limits of liability
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, Déora isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of California, and any dispute will be handled in California courts, unless the law requires otherwise.
