At Déora, every piece is made just for you — on demand, with intention.
Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review sizing guides carefully before ordering.
When We'll Make It Right
We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you.
To request a refund or replacement:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photo proof of the issue
- No need to ship anything back — we'll handle it from there
Approved claims will receive a replacement or full refund, at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production has already begun and we're unable to make changes.
Color & Print Variations
Due to the nature of print-on-demand, slight variations in color or print placement may occur. These are not considered defects.
